The purpose of this meeting was to review the Project Unify presentation slides from the May 1 webinar, titled “From Indiana to the National Accelerators: COVID-19 and Interoperability for a Better Path Forward,” and to prepare for the May 22 webinar that will discuss Project Unify at length. Below are the feedback and suggestions provided by the group per slide.
- Comments should be added to each slide to determine what needs to be covered as far as talking points.
- Create additional slides, as needed.
- Assign people to slides or sections to prepare for a conversational approach vs traditional webinar.
- Have a next draft out to the group NLT by Monday, May 18.
- Final walkthrough of the slides during the next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 20.
