Emery Cowan has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and is the Deputy Director for the Solano County Behavioral Health Division. Throughout her career across 3 states, she has served in leadership and direct service roles, including implementation of evidence-based practices promoting recovery, cultural humility, social justice, and community inclusion for children, youth, families and adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
