I'm a 20-year veteran of the US Marine Corps with a broad range of experience including knowledge management, information management, and IT service management. I assumed my current role in 2013 with no experience in local government, and have had a steep learning curve. I enjoy leading a team which enables approximately 6,000 employees to deliver essential services to our community's most vulnerable people.
