Director of Arlington County's Dept. of Human Services. 11 years in Human services managing socio-economic assistance programs as well as overseeing public health, behavioral health, child welfare and social services programs. 20 years work in international development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Leading a number of equity initiatives in Arlington County.
