Mr. Becket Dickerson is an Associate Partner and is the lead for the Customer Engagement and Design (CED) Practice Area of IBM Global Business Services (GBS), Public Service Sector. Over the course of his twenty-year career with IBM, Mr. Dickerson has performed project coordination, monitoring and management functions for large-, mid-, and small-size transformation projects, in addition to conducting business process reengineering, organizational performance management assessments, facilitation and training, and operations and customer support. He leads the CED Practice Area for IBM GBS Public Sector where he and his team leverage Enterprise Design Thinking to drive shifts in our GTM approach and in the development of impactful points of view and improved user experiences on our client challenges.
