Beth Johnson is Director, Strategic Initiatives at 2-1-1 San Diego. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of internal and external projects and initiatives focused on the advancement of cross-sector and person-centered approaches to wellness, and nationwide promotion of 2-1-1 San Diego's Community Information Exchange. Prior to joining 2-1-1 San Diego, Beth was a director at AcademyHealth, developing collaborative learning infrastructure for researchers and communities aiming to exchange best practices, challenges, and lessons learned around the use and exchange of electronic data to improve population health and patient outcomes. Beth earned an MPH from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Sociology and Music from the University of Richmond.
