Carol is the founder and CEO of CedarBridge Group, a sought-after consulting and software company focused on improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Carol’s background includes leadership roles across business, government, and nonprofit sectors, including serving as Administrator of Oregon’s Office of Health IT as well as the State Health IT Coordinator and Director of the Oregon Health IT Oversight Council from 2009-2013. She has been tapped to co-chair national taskforce efforts to develop recommendations for federal policymakers, and has served on advisory and planning committees for Markel Foundation, the Bipartisan Policy Center, The Learning Health Community, and Stewards of Change Institute.
