Richelle Mathieu has been working in IT for 20 years with experience in software development, technical instruction and technical pre-sales for state government social program management solutions. Currently at IBM Watson Health, Richelle leads artificial intelligence innovation service delivery for government health & human services agencies. She collaborates with government clients to design and implement first-of-a-kind solutions that can interact, learn, reason and understand in order to transform social program delivery, to improve lives, and to bring hope to citizens served.
