Theresa Cullen is a family medicine physician who spent 25 years as an AD USPHS officer. During her career, she worked with Indian Health Service, and was the CIO. After she retired, she worked at the VHA as their CMIO. She now works at Regenstrief Institute in Global Health Informatics in resource constrained environments to leverage HIT to help achieve health equity.
