The Coalition in Camden, New Jersey consists of 25 members including: hospitals, primary care providers, community organizations. Their focus is on the integration of health care and criminal justice data- for individuals who make cyclical contact with hospitals and police precincts. Camden ARISE supplements the Coalition's health care data with human service domain information. Without cross-sector data sharing and holistic understanding of indivudals, opportunities for prevention and early intervention are missed.
