 Microsoft invests $500 million in local affordable housing

  • To address homelessness and accelerate construction in Puget sound region
  • Provide below-market-rate loans
  • $25 million in grants will be awarded to organizations addressing homelessness in Seattle area
  • Work to develop public policy changes that will be needed to provide more affordable houses
