  • There is an insightful paper recently published in Health Affairs about the 'wrong pocket problem' by Len Nichols (lnicol9@GMU.edu), Director of the Center for Health Policy and Research and Ethics and Professor of  Health Polocy at George Mason University.   I think there is an opportunity to combine these concepts with the Canadian research ROI informatin to be begin developing actionable policies to encourage experimentation and testing. Let's stop admiring the problem and do something.
