Angela M. Reynolds oversees programs that focus on assisting low-income working individuals and families with regaining financial stability, as well as oversight for PA 2-1-1 Southwest, United Way’s initiative to connect individuals and families in need to human services resources. She joined the United Way of Southwestern PA in 2012 after serving as Research Director and of the Center for Metropolitan Studies and Assistant Professor, both at the University of Pittsburgh.
