I have more than 30 years experience in healthcare delivery, policy, and administration. I spent more than 15 years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Overseeing Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Operations, Medicare Fee for Service programs. I currently serve as the Director of Health Services for Sonoma County as well as the Interim Executive Director of the Community Development Commission. I have worked for the past 3 years on developing the ACCESS Sonoma County Initiative which is designed to assist the most vulnerable residents in Sonoma County through an integrated care management approach and enabling technology including an integrated data hub and integrated care management plan. We have achieved great success in outcomes for the County's homeless populations. The ACCESS Initiative serves as a blueprint for how government and community-based organizations can transform the delivery of safety net services and supports.
