I have worked in the middle management space in NH non-profit human service and education sectors for 30 years. I am interested in initiatives to reduce the fragmentation of data within and among different sectors. The lack of thoughtful planning and data integration on the front end of state initiatives means that the local agencies must figure it out on their end. Entering the same data 2 or 3 times into different systems is commonplace. I would love to be part of an effort to streamline things more so that front line workers can spend more time with families and less on duplicate data entry!
