Cynthia Haines has over 25 years experience in social services. She possess a Bachelors degree in Law Enforcement and Masters degree in Social Science Administration. She is a true collective impact subject matter expert and has worked internally and externally with multiple public-private partnerships. She is the founder of the Sto Rox Mental Health Providers Partnership. This network of teachers, social workers, public health officials, and more also includes consumers, with a membership of over 90 individuals. Currently, Ms. Haines is the Executive Director of Focus On Renewal and oversees five locations, five primary programs and maintains a staff of 30.
