The DASH Program Office is led by the Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI), in partnership with the Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI), with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. DASH’s mission is to build local data sharing capacity to support collaborative community health and well-being efforts across healthcare, public health and community-based services. At MPHI, Dr. Tanner directs the Center for Data Management and Translational Research. MPHI is a non-profit organization based near Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Tanner’s team served as evaluators on health systems innovation in Michigan, including the State Innovation Model and the Multi-payer Advanced Primary Care Practice Demonstration. Current work focuses on linkages between healthcare, public health and social services; and the role of shared multi-sector data for advancing community collaboration to improve health and well-being.
