Daniel has worked in Children’s Services since 1992 and has provided services as a social worker, supervisor and manager. He has been the Deputy Director of ACTION since 2018 and has provided consultation services since 2005. He attended undergraduate and graduate studies at CSU, Fresno where he studied Criminology, Psychology and Victim Services. In addition, he has completed his certification on Advanced Analytics through Chapin Hall, University of Chicago. His work encompasses data analysis, continuous quality improvement, community development, fiscal maximization, program development and contractual relations.
