David’s background is in leveraging technology to drive business value, organizational change and collaborative technology solutions. He has focused his career in orchestrating transformative business strategy through data-driven decisions. He is a business innovator with a focus on developing agile, sustainable and scalable solutions for constituent and organizational problems. Diverse experience in all aspects of technology and turnaround environments with extensive knowledge of the government industry. Respected leader in highly-matrixed environments supporting technology solutions for departmental lines of business to meet customer and constituents needs. Dave brings more than fifteen years of experience in public sector information services and technology and is currently working as the Director for Information Services at State of New Hampshire’s Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, Dave has worked in collaboration with various departmental leaders to develop a roadmap of interoperability for both case management and business intelligence.
