I have lead a consulting practce for more than 30 years. My practice has focused on improving the design and delivery of  health services at the local, state, and international sectors, as well as private industry.  I have an inate ability to process disparate pieces of data to create successful and sustained innovative solutions. 

I believe that childhood trauma is a public health and social justice issue and one which needs more attention. Most incarcerated individuals experienced childhood trauma and suffer from PTSD. Advances in the use of MDMA and other alternative treatments provide promise of stemming this tide. 

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Colombia and continue to support local health care programs. I grew up in Wisconsin, left for 25 years and returned after living and working in many beautiful and interesting places around the world. I live with my 11 year old laborador Max, 2 chickents: Badger and Henrietta and host international graduate students.
