Elle Gemma Gruver is a Data Trust Lead with the data collaborative company BrightHive, where she leads the design, development, and management of data trust collaborations. She previously served as Vice President of Strategy and Development for Educational Results Partnership, a nonprofit leveraging the power of data science to improve outcomes for historically disadvantaged learners. Elle Gemma oversaw the organization’s funder relations and led projects working on foster youth research and STEM ecosystems. She also managed the client relations team for Cal-PASS Plus, one of the largest intersegmental student data systems in the country. Elle Gemma has also held roles with the Arizona State Board of Education, Arizona Department of Education, and Arizona State University. Her work focused on supporting educators, school counselors, and community stakeholders with developing postsecondary pathways and providing students with career development. Elle Gemma has expertise in equity in education and the workforce, postsecondary and career transitions, and working with communities to use data toward improving equity and outcomes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University.
