As Director of Health Information Services and Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) at the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) I provide leadership to the technology teams delivering Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment Services in support of Medicaid, Children’s Health Plan Plus (CHP+), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and numerous other benefits programs. I am also a leader Colorado's Interoperability effort to make data visible and available across dozens of separate data systems to improve outcomes for the residents of Colorado and to provide efficient, effective & elegant delivery of services.
