Jessica worked for 8 years at the Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) in the Research & Development Division, developing products and resources related to community policing and supporting state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies on their community policing strategies. Jessica now works for the First Responder Network Authority, who is responsible for building a broadband network dedicated to public safety. Jessica’s is responsible for the overseeing the data collection and reporting process for our public safety engagements to ensure information and feedback gathered during is documented and utilized by the FRNA and our partner AT&T to enhance public safety’s FirstNet experience.
