Jim is currently helping the CA Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission launch its "innovation incubator" to help counties develop the capacity for transformational change. He also is adjunct faculty at the McGeorge School of Law master's in public policy program.
Jim is the former president and CEO of California Forward and the former executive director of the California Little Hoover Commission. He is a former daily newspaper journalist.
