Kishan Mallur is a consultant to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts playing key roles in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and the conception of and evolution to the Commonwealth’s Next Generation MMIS System. Kishan has held senior leadership positions in Higher Education, Government, and the Software Industry. He founded two companies, has been an advisor to nearly 30 early stage startups, and taught courses in Entrepreneurship and Business Models. He was Harvard University’s Chief Architect and Director for Infrastructure Services.
