Laura serves as the Program Director for BrightHive’s Talent Portfolio, which helps organizations drive impact and draw insights from shared data by advising and shaping data-driven initiatives, building data-sharing capacity, and scaling data-sharing across networks via innovative technical products and services. Within this role, Laura leads the SI Talent Portfolio - which broadly encompasses data sharing projects within the workforce, employment, post-secondary education, and open skills domains.
