Ms. Linda Hill has over 20 years of professional experience helping public safety and human services agencies better and more cost effectively meet the needs of their communities. She has extensive experience partnering with law enforcement, fire departments, emergency responders, courts, child welfare agencies and other service entities to help them better serve their stake holders. As Director of Page Business School, Linda was involved with training of and finding employment for administrative and other office personnel. Linda began a new phase in her career when she began volunteering tor an After School Meal Program in the Olde Forge Community. Linda joined the staff at a local non-profit, Stafford Junction and served as their Executive Director for more than 10 years. She also worked for two years as the Executive Director of Open Hand of Fredericksburg, providing employment training and summer job placements for low-income, disadvantaged teens. Linda has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Memphis State University, a Masters of Science in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Virginia, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute. Linda has been a full-time resident of Stafford since 2003 and engages in a variety of volunteer activities, including AARP Tax Preparation; United Way Volunteer; keynote speaker for the National Breast Cancer Support Group in Constanta, Romania; serving the Women and Children's Health and Education Programs at the Mision Para Cristo in Jinotega, Nicaragua; and serving as a Ministry Leader for North Stafford Church of Christ. Leveraging her years of Volunteer and Paid tax preparation experience, Linda is now an IRA Annual Tax Season professional focused on providing personalized financial services for individuals, including tax preparation and financial assessments and budget reviews. In 2018 she received her certification as a Master Financial Educator from Virginia Cooperative Extension and pass the HUD Housing Counselor training course. Linda provides services through her LLC, The Archer Group.
