Senior Administrator, Information Systems Unit, Delaware Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance Mary leads the EHR Incentive Payment Program and coordinates Medicaid HIT Initiatives with State agencies and the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN). She received her B.A. from Boston University and an M.P.A from New York University. Mary’s experience in Delaware State government began in the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Health and Social Services. Her background includes system implementations including the recent Delaware Medicaid Enterprise System (DMES) replacement; value based payment pilots; health care policy and planning; development of quality strategies and performance metrics; managed care implementation; budgetary analysis; and of course, IAPD submissions.
