PG Forest, PhD, FCAHS, is the CEO of INSPQ, Quebec national public health agency. He spent most of his career in and out of health research and academic appointments (Johns Hopkins, Calgary, Laval) to occupy diverse policy leadership positions in government, mostly at (Canadian) federal level.
