Rebecca serves as the Senior Program Manager for Field Building, where she oversees the planning and implementation of National Center program activities with the goal of strengthening the emerging field of complex care. Complex care is a person-centered approach to address the needs of people whose combinations of medical, behavioral health, and social challenges result in extreme patterns of healthcare utilization and cost. Complex care works at the individual and systemic levels: it coordinates better care for individuals while reshaping ecosystems of services and healthcare. Prior to the Camden Coalition, Rebecca worked at the Center for Health Care Strategies where she managed several national projects related to care for complex and vulnerable populations. She also has prior experience in policy analysis, technical assistance, and working directly with clients seeking mental health and social services.
