Shikha Dixit, president and CEO of EeS, has a degree in Business Administration with 15+ years of experience in business and technology. Ms. Dixit has provided outstanding leadership and vision to EeS to accelerate company growth by focusing on building company inside out. Her support for EeS team members and mentorship for personal growth is outstanding. She believes in developing others and working with partners to succeed together. Due to its ever-changing and high-tech nature, procurement of Information Technology is never easy for the government. Conversely, often times, it is challenging for qualified IT firms to understand government contracting to win business. EeS leadership realizes the need to subscribe to strong partnerships in order to do business with the government. Ms. Dixit is also passionate about mentoring the youth by engaging them to learn business and technology. She has advocated for STEM programs and served on the board of nonprofit organizations.
