I am currently the Director of Treatment and Recovery and Special Projects at SAFE Project, a non-profit focused on stopping the addiction fatality epidemic. Prior to joining SAFE Project, I was working a SAMHSA focused on Behavioral Health for Service members, veterans, and their families. I first started as SAMSHA as a military liaison until I retired from the Army in 2014 then continued that work at SAMHSA after retirement.
