Mr. Reynolds has a long involvement with State Health and Human Service programs. He has led efforts with the Medicaid program from a State, Managed Care Organization (MCO), consultant, contractor, and national committee perspective. He has been an Assistant Medicaid Director, a ‘C’ level executive in a major Medicaid MCO, has consulted to States on MMIS procurements, HIPAA, Pharmacy Benefit Management, and more. He has been a business development leader for multiple Medicaid contractors and has served on Medicaid and related committees such as STAG, PSTG, HSITAG, WEDI, and more. Mr. Reynolds has a deep understanding of funding, legislative, and regulatory issues that impact the health and human services industry in the United States. He led efforts to develop, implement, and integrate programs, policies, and systems in States and across State agencies within States. Mr. Reynolds earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and holds a graduate level certification as a Certified Public Manager, all from Rutgers University. Today, Mr. Reynolds aids in guiding FEI’s strategic vision, scanning both internal and external forces to ensure that FEI services and solutions align with the evolving needs of FEI’s customers and the constituents they serve.
