Vera Beech is the CEO of Community Rebuilders a leading non-profit organization working on building a community where homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring. She believes we all benefit when everyone reaches their potential and contributes to our community. She initiated the Gather Resources Align Community Effort, (G.R.A.C.E Network) to reduced silos across sectors and create a shared community network to address social determinants of health and promote equity. Vera and her team have demonstrated that ending homelessness is achievable if solutions include affordable and decent housing and evidence-based practices.
