Victoria Brown is the Chief of Staff at TheCaseMade. She has extensive experience with both qualitative and quantitative research. Her training in psychology, dispute resolution, along with her experiences providing therapy to couples and individuals, has provided her the interpersonal skills required for cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout her work. Currently, she is also a PhD candidate in the Global Leadership and Change program at Pepperdine University. Her research explores the usage of Machine Learning for Talent Management decisions during the recruitment and selection functions of HR, and the impact Automated Decision Systems have on Gen Zers’ view of their future employment opportunities. At TheCaseMade, she is the “go-to” person for all tech related projects/matters. Victoria has earned her BA in Psychology with dual minors in Africana Studies and Entrepreneurship from California State University, Long Beach and a MA in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
