Join the Population Health Learning Collaborative's monthly webinar! Tuesday, November 12th, 3:00 PM Eastern Time This month the webinar will be on the 2nd Tuesday, rather than the 4th Thursday of the month, which is Thanksgiving Day.

The webinar on November 12 will introduce a new, comprehensive strategy map template that focuses on minimizing and addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences and expanding both the positive experiences that help offset the negatives of toxic stress and the adoption of trauma-informed (and trauma-responsive) practices. In past webinars, you may have seen examples of strategy maps for addressing the opioid crisis and asthma. This webinar will be a detailed tour of the new ACEs and Resilience Strategy Map template that will help states and coalitions more effectively develop and implemented they type of robust strategy that can help enhance the well-being of all people. The strategy map is a powerful tool for taming the complexity of multi-faceted strategies that require the engagement of numerous stakeholders to achieve enduring change. They are an excellent tool to create a common agenda for collective impact, and they become an organizing framework for strategic scorecards and dynamic work plans. Strategy maps become even more powerful when they are "zoomable" in ways that allow a viewer to zoom in and see more detailed objectives on specific areas or zoom out and see the big picture. Participants will also learn how they can be part of a collaborative effort to refine and enhance this strategy map in the first six months of 2020.
