November 08, 2019 - Fourteen of the nation’s leading hospitals and health systems will be investing a collective $700 million to address community health needs and the social determinants of health in their respective regions, according to a statement from Democracy Collaborative.
The group, a part of the Health Anchor Network (HAN), specifically aims to address economic, racial, and environmental health disparities that limit individuals’ ability to achieve health and wellness.
