The Public Health Alliance of Southern California developed an interactive COVID-19 HPI Resource Map to assist in the efforts that local leaders, school, government agencies, and foundations are making to help vulnerable communities.
The map was released on the California Healthy Places Index (HPI) platform and it not only supports local efforts but it also “informs equitable resource allocation, program planning, and service delivery.”
This has been and continues to be a great tool for California. What other tools have you seen released in other states that are supporting efforts to manage and mitigate COVID-19?
