Bevone Ritchie currently works for The Children's Trust in Miami- Dade County as Assistant Director of Programs. She is experience in the field of Early Care and Education & Family Support Services having worked for both public and private organizations. Her specialty areas include infant/toddler care, special needs, with extensive responsibility for providing quality child development environments. She began her career as a teacher and assumed senior and executive management positions in the Early Head Start programs in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Bevone holds a B.A. (Psychology) and a M.S. (Guidance and Counseling), from Florida International University & Nova Southeastern University. She has completed graduate coursework in Early Childhood Education and Ms. Ritchie earned a graduate certificate in Infant Toddler Special Needs from the University of Central Florida.
