Bob Waite is the Senior Account Manager for IMPACT, Inc. located in Milwaukee, WI which provides 211 service to nine counties in SE Wisconsin. Bob began his service with IMPACT starting as a volunteer with the Underground Switchboard (a predecessor hotline) in 1985. In 1997, Bob was hired by IMPACT where he has also served as their Volunteer Coordinator, Information & Resource Program Director and 2-1-1 Program Director. Bob is a member of the Board of Directors for 2-1-1 Wisconsin and Co-Chair of the 2-1-1 Wisconsin Operations Council. In addition, Bob is active in a number of coalitions, initiatives and community groups in southeastern Wisconsin.
