I consult for government and nonprofit agencies in the human service, justice and public health sectors. I develop information system strategies, facilitate their implementation, and design data architecture to undergird them. Public service organizations face diverse and fluid demands for data. The needs range from program planning to front-line service provision, from performance measurement and program evaluation to fiscal administration. My focus is on using systems thinking to build clear, holistic conceptual models that lay a solid foundation for designing comprehensive, durable, flexible solutions.
