Eric Marcus is the executive responsible for social determinants of health programs, including housing, employment, criminal justice, and food security at Health Choice Arizona, a regional health plan organization and the northern region behavioral health authority. Previously, he served as a senior executive with The NARBHA Institute, where he led the Sustainable Economic Development Initiative (SEDI), their economic development subsidiary, and Well North Communities, their permanent supported housing subsidiary. He served as a Fortune 500 company Chief Technology and Chief Information Officer, led business strategy consulting practices, and been an advisor to senior executives of global corporations helping them develop technology-enabled strategies that capitalize on disruptions in markets and creating new rules of competition. Eric is the author of award winning business strategy book “The Digital Alchemist,” an internationally-known speaker, and has been a guest lecturer at major universities. He has served as a city council member and is currently the president of the Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District Governing Board.
