Nicole Blumenfeld is the Director of Informatics at 2-1-1 San Diego and leads a team of analysts and resource and data specialists. Joining 2-1-1 San Diego in 2015, Nicole developed the data infrastructure, including development of a data warehouse, standardizing data collection and reporting, all laying the foundation for the future of 2-1-1’s Informatics. Nicole also contributed to the design and implementation of San Diego’s Community Information Exchange, collaborating with client-facing and technology teams to develop and implement solutions. She is currently working on expanding 2-1-1 San Diego’s data footprint by pursuing new research opportunities, developing innovative analytic products, and redesigning the 2-1-1 San Diego public-facing dashboard.
