Paul Armstrong is a native of Albuquerque New Mexico. He served for over twenty years in the United States Navy where he served as Supply Corps Officer and a Chaplain. He currently works with The Salvation Army serving as San Diego County Social Service Director. He oversees The Salvation Army’s work in homelessness, senior nutrition and social services at seven community centers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. He has earned his Masters in Business Administration from Brenau University, Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and his Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California.
