Ms. Muscatell is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare regulatory, policy, accreditation and administrative oversight within the acute care, ambulatory care and post acute services. Her primary focus is quality and patient safety as well as performance improvement. Currently Ms. Muscatell serves as the Director of Health and Member Services of SHIEC, The Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative.
