Courtney Baldridge from U.S. Aging lead this UNIFY session and discussed the data sharing and interoperability challenges facing the aging population in the US. Many of the issues are similar to the ones that UNIFY has been exploring over the past several years, but are even more complex given the healthcare, social care and equity issues facing the aging population.
